These Terms apply to mobile games, the official website, and related features (collectively, the “Service”) provided by RabbitFlower (Korean business name: 래빗플라워, “RabbitFlower,” “we,” or “us”). By installing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service and these Terms
RabbitFlower operates puzzle games and app-specific features that may include progress saving, image import and sharing, advertising, in-app purchases, and customer support. Features may vary by app, device, country, and version.
We may update these Terms when laws or the Service change. We will give advance notice of material changes through our website or apps. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance, but we will obtain separate consent where required by law.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must be legally permitted to use the Service under the laws that apply to you. A minor must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian when required to purchase paid content or provide personal information. Cancellations and refunds for purchases made without required parental consent are handled under applicable law and marketplace rules.
3. Accounts and game progress
Some games automatically create an anonymous account to save progress. You may optionally link Google Play Games or Apple Game Center to protect progress or restore it on another device.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and platform account secure.
- When accounts are linked or merged, progress may be combined and duplicate records may be reconciled.
- Progress may not be recoverable after app deletion, device replacement, platform account changes, or loss of an unlinked anonymous account.
- You may request deletion of an account and related data by emailing support@rabbitflower.com. Purchase or dispute records required by law will be deleted after the required retention period.
4. License to use the Service
RabbitFlower grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Service, game data, designs, logos, code, music, images, and other content are owned by RabbitFlower or the relevant rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity, commercial resale, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or hack an app or server, or use unauthorized software, automation, or vulnerabilities to manipulate results, rewards, or purchases.
- Disrupt the Service, place an unreasonable load on our systems, or bypass security or access restrictions.
- Use another person’s account, payment method, personal information, copyrighted work, or likeness without permission.
- Share unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, malicious, or rights-infringing content.
6. User images and shared content
Some games let you import an image from your camera or photo library, turn it into a puzzle, and optionally share it by link. You must have all rights and permissions needed for content you import or share, and you are responsible for disputes with third parties arising from that content.
You grant RabbitFlower a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, transmit, and display shared content by link only as needed to provide the sharing feature. This license is limited to that purpose and ends after you request deletion and any backup or legal retention period expires. We may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law or threatens the safety of the Service.
7. Paid content, subscriptions, and refunds
An app may offer paid content such as ad removal, hints, feature access, or subscriptions. The purchase screen displays the price, term, renewal status, and other material conditions. Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and the relevant marketplace payment terms also apply.
- Consumable items may not be restorable after they are used.
- A subscription may renew automatically for the period shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel renewal in your marketplace account settings.
- Refunds and withdrawal rights depend on applicable law, marketplace rules, and whether digital content has been supplied or used. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
- If we identify a fraudulent purchase, duplicate receipt, use after refund, or other abnormal transaction, we may revoke the content or restrict the associated account.
8. Advertising and third-party services
Free versions may include banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertising. Purchasing ad removal may not remove ads that you voluntarily watch for rewards or screens provided by external platforms. The Service may include authentication, payment, advertising, analytics, hosting, or links provided by third parties such as Google, Apple, Firebase, and Unity. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
9. Updates, changes, and interruptions
We may update or change apps and features for security, compatibility, content, or operational reasons. Older app versions may lose access to features or require an update. Maintenance, outages, natural disasters, or third-party platform issues outside our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt the Service.
If we discontinue the Service or a material paid feature, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible and handle remaining paid rights under applicable law and marketplace rules.
10. Restrictions and termination
If you materially violate these Terms or applicable law, threaten the Service, another user, or a third party, or if we reasonably suspect payment fraud or a security breach, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access to the extent reasonably necessary. Except in urgent cases, we will provide the reason and a way to raise an objection where reasonably possible.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and related data. Uninstalling an app alone may not delete a server-side account or shared content.
11. Warranties and limitation of liability
We use reasonable care in providing the Service, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free on every device or that all data will be preserved indefinitely. Keep separate copies of important images and device data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for RabbitFlower’s willful misconduct or gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, RabbitFlower is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Please first contact customer support to try to resolve a dispute. If it cannot be resolved, jurisdiction will be determined under applicable procedural law.
